The CAPF Welfare Association is dedicated to supporting the personnel of India’s Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), including CRPF, BSF, ITBP, SSB, CISF, and Assam Rifles. Our mission is to ensure the well-being of our members and their families by offering services such as medical assistance, financial support, legal aid, educational scholarships, and retirement benefits. We are committed to addressing the needs of our members, advocating for their rights, and fostering a sense of unity and support. 1. To be pursued by the Association are to extend help in service matter to the members of Ministerial Cadre of CAPFs serving and pensioners.To arrange and organize social and cultural functions from time to time.
2. To make adequate arrangements for poor, widows and handicapped orphans, old aged and mentally retired persons.
3. To make correspondence in lawful manner to arrange meetings, conferences, with the concerned authorities.
To Advance the spiritual, moral, physical, social, educational, material
4. progress of the community.
5. To collect contribution (chanda) monthly or annual subscription and to hold a welfare fund for the marrying poor people and help in educating poor children and help senior citizens, handicapped persons/special child of the community.
6. To work for the welfare of society neglected and martingales people. To protest and fight against the injustice against people. To encourage and promote family welfare activities among needy people.
7. To arrange and provide medical aid and other assistance necessary for living to the needy people who are incapable or handicapped or mentally/physically retarded and financially unfit.
8. To construct, maintain, alter, improve or develop any building belonging to the society or works necessary or convenient for purpose of the society.
9. To issue appeals raise funds and accept gifts, donation subscriptions in cash or in kind and any property either movable or immovable for the achievement of the objective of the society.
10. To purchase or otherwise own or under take on loan or lease or hire temporality or permanently and movable or immovable prop property necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects of the society.
11. Awarded the people who done the good job for the society and welfare of nation.
12. To disseminate information of the Government Rules, policies, notifications among the members of the association.
13. To arrange and establish medical and charitable dispensaries.
14. To provide lectures by the expert team of the Doctors, Journalists, Lawyers and Professionals etc.
15. To help and assists poor and needy residents and their families during emergencies such as flood, war, earth quack and rains.
16. To receive and collect any gift, subscriptions and donations either in cash or in any kind or acquire by and other lawful ways and means and open the same in fulfillment of all or any other aims and objects of the society, the income and property(s) of the society shall be applied solely for promotion and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the society. If any person wants to contribute, donate or give subscription, the same shall be spent towards the promotion of the particular objects only.
17. To do such other things/acts/activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the object of the Society.
18. All the income earnings, movable, immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profit or any manner whatsoever to the present or past member of the society or to any persons claiming through any one or more of the present or past member. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immoveable properties of the society or make any profit whatsoever by virtue of his/her membership.
